Finally the summer holidays! So why not get them off to the perfect start by having some French-speaking fun in Stenay? 

On this camp, you will discover France in a relaxed manner and improve your French as you go! What could be better than enjoying fun activities in the beautiful town of Stenay? Games, language workshops, sports sessions, excursions and creative workshops are all on the programme – and everything will be done “à l’aise”. 

Activities

• Take part in active and playful language workshops to improve your French.
• The coaches arrange big games and fun activities. The crazier, the better! 
• During the crea-ateliers, you might discover a new passion.
• Go on excursions to Stenay and Verdun, discovering the towns through a variety of activities. 

Excursion

During this camp we will discover the charming little town of Stenay, and weather permitting we will go swimming in a lake. Sporting activities such as kayaking and accrobranche (a treetop adventure course) are on the agenda too, and we will dive into the fascinating history of the historic town of Verdun. 

Roeland Classic – full immersion

The Roeland Classic sticks closely to Roeland’s well-known formula for success. Participants are fully immersed in the target language and are expected to speak only the target language throughout. The team consists of people who are either native speakers and/or speak the target language very well. They will do everything in their power to help you to express yourself more fluently in the target language. There is no shame in making mistakes, it is part of the process – we just want you to try your best! For the language workshops, you will be divided into small groups according to your level. These classic camps are perfect for anyone who wants to make huge progress while having lots of fun. By the end of camp, you will even find yourself dreaming in the target language!

Coach transport

Coach transport is not included in the basic price and amounts to 85 euros (return).

Location

Stenay is a small French town on the River Meuse, in the beautiful Lorraine region. You will stay just outside of the town, surrounded by nature. The buildings have been recently renovated and the neighbouring park offers many opportunities for outdoor activities.

There is a sports hall, a football field and a lovely recreational space. The setting ensures an informal, family-like atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.

You will sleep in a room for 4 people, with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
