Forging Bonds Around the World in Ghent

Animator Tara Jacobus has been a counselor at Taalzomer, a Dutch language camp for children with a migrant background, for several years. "The participants come from all corners of the world, and I learn a lot from how they perceive the world. Every summer, I see bonds being formed across languages and cultures, which has a huge impact on everyone's life now and later."
