Activities
- Awesome language workshops. You will be divided into small groups depending on your language level and learn about various topics, such as La ville, A table, Qui suis-je ... You will have so much fun with your new friends that you will hardly realise that everything is in French.
- Chanter! Sing French songs together!
- Crea-atelier: arts and crafts, film-making, etc.
- Exciting and active big games
- The camp also includes a fun excursion: such as a trip to the LAGO Rozebroeken swimming pool complex or the Puyenbroeck domain.
Practicalities for the non-residential option
- 9am until 4.30pm
- Day care available from 8.15am and until 5.45pm
- We will provide a cold lunch and an afternoon snack
Entry-level camp - Partial language immersion
Here you get the opportunity to experience everything in French, in a relaxed and accessible manner. The coaches always speak French, but explain everything very clearly so that you can definitely understand them. You’ll soon see that you can understand much more than you think.
If you haven’t learned any French at school yet, pas de problème! In fact, we work on the assumption that you need to learn the basics. To help you, there is a bilingual moment every day, when camp leaders will give you an extra explanation in Dutch, so that you understand everything completely.
You are allowed to talk in Dutch with your friends, but we encourage you to speak as much French as possible, as this is the best way to learn a lot in a short time!

De Koekoek in Oostakker is a large centre in green surroundings with lots of space to play, both inside and outside.
