Are you already an art connoisseur or would you like to take your first steps in the artistic world? Do you enjoy letting your imagination run wild? Would you fancy stepping into the shoes of a director, or maybe you were born to be an actor? And would you like to do all of that in French? Then this is the camp of your dreams! 

Activities

Together with our camp coaches, you will discover how to use your voice, facial expressions and body to create your own production. Thanks to the different activities (body expression, use of voice, improvisation, sound and sound effects, video, painting, etc.) you will become totally familiar with new techniques and perhaps discover new interests. You can put everything you have learned at camp into practice and let your creativity run wild.

Excursion

You will have a great day out on the banks of the Meuse. Your adventure starts at the Maison du miel et des abeilles where you will discover how honey is made: the ideal place to expand your knowledge and taste local honey. Then you will head to the Lac Vert in Dun-sur-Meuse, where you can relax or have fun in the water. Weather permitting, you will also explore the surrounding area by bike. 

Roeland Classic – full immersion

The Roeland Classic sticks closely to Roeland’s well-known formula for success. Participants are fully immersed in the target language and are expected to speak only the target language throughout. The team consists of people who are either native speakers and/or speak the target language very well. They will do everything in their power to help you to express yourself more fluently in the target language. There is no shame in making mistakes, it is part of the process – we just want you to try your best! For the language workshops, you will be divided into small groups according to your level. These classic camps are perfect for anyone who wants to make huge progress while having lots of fun. By the end of camp, you will even find yourself dreaming in the target language!

Locatie

Stenay is a small French town on the River Meuse, in the beautiful Lorraine region. You will stay just outside of the town, surrounded by nature. The buildings have been recently renovated and the neighbouring park offers many opportunities for outdoor activities.

There is a sports hall, a football field and a lovely recreational space. The setting ensures an informal, family-like atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.

You will sleep in a room for 4 people, with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
