Ce Noël ne va pas être comme d’habitude, cette année nous allons mettre le bazar!
One day of stealing Christmas with the Grinch? Two days of wacky activities? Three days of fun games and creative workshops, or even four days spent in Whoville village? Every day, something wacky awaits you!
Important: You can sign up day by day, or, of course, for all four days to join Cindy-Lou on an adventure.
Activities
- Super fun language workshops. You’ll work in small groups and by level on a theme... Along with your new friends, you'll have so much fun that you’ll barely notice everything is happening in French.
- Chanter! Singing French songs together!
- Creative workshop: crafting, making a short film...
- Exciting and active large group games
Practical information for the day program
- From 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Supervision available from 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM
- We provide an afternoon snack
- Located at Krijgslaan 19 in Ghent.
- Price: 55 euros per day
- Price: 200 euros for four days
Discovery – partial immersion
At these camps for beginners, you are still allowed to speak in your mother tongue with other participants. The group leaders will use the target language (e.g. French during a French camp) throughout the camp, while helping you to learn as many new words and sentences as possible. To make sure that everyone can follow along easily, each day features a ‘bilingual moment’, when the activities will be explained in both the target language and your mother tongue. During playful language workshops, you will be divided into small groups according to your level. The focus on language continues throughout the other activities as well, however. As your knowledge of the target language grows, we will increasingly challenge you to speak the target language, thus ensuring that you will learn how to express yourself more confidently by the end of the week.

Lieu
This camp takes place in the buildings of Roeland vzw, near the Citadelpark. In good weather, we’ll organize an afternoon activity there.
